Refund Policy

For a return or refund request, we kindly ask for a video proof.

An unboxing video is required. Please ensure this video is recorded while opening the package, as videos of already opened packages cannot be accepted for refunds.

Please note that minor color variations (up to 10-15%) may occur due to screen resolution differences and are not valid grounds for a return. The actual product color may also vary slightly due to lighting in photographs.

If there are minor fitting or case issues that can be adjusted, your return may not be accepted.

Refunds and exchanges will only be processed in accordance with our policy. Other reasons will not be considered.
